Roles and Responsibilities:
- 5 years of experience as an IT Technical Recruiter supporting US staffing
- Responsible for full life cycle recruitment from screening and selection to negotiation, offer and close, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
- Must able to work on Direct client and Tier- vendor requirements
- Should be very good with sourcing techniques using Traditional and Non-Traditional methods on leading technologies – Java/J2EE, Bigdata/Data Sciences, Cloud and DevOps technologies
- Must know how to work on the Boards, Social Media, Networking
- Must know how to write Boolean strings
- Should be able to work on W2, C2C, 1099 requirements
- Achieving Daily Submittal Targets and maintaining good submittals ratio of Interview/Placement.
- Should have effective communication, written and inter-personal skills
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- A quick and willing learner should be able to work under pressure
