Job Description

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Understand Business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Analyze, design, develop, implement and customize solutions for new applications architecture.

Create and maintain current business applications. Data process and integrate with distributed cross platforms.

Design and develop reusable data conversion scripts. Design and maintain code to enhance applications.

Skills required: COBOL, REXX, DB2, JCL, CICS, IMSDB/DC, MQ, Web Services, VSAM, SOAPUI, API, FILE-AID, Endeavor and XPEDITER.

Education:

Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or any related field with 1 year of experience in job offered or related occupation is required. Bachelor’s degree in the above mentioned fields along with 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation is acceptable in lieu of a Master’s degree plus 1 year of experience.

Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.

Work location: Monroe Township, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Technologies with Apex development
  • 2 years of experience working Lightning component development, Lightning design development
  • Hands-on experience working with Sales Force Communities (Secure Portals)
  • Visualforce page development
  • Ability to communicate with customers and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions
  • Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.
  • Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud would be a plus.
  • Certification: Any Salesforce certification would be a plus point

  • Should be very good with sourcing techniques using Traditional and Non-Traditional methods on leading technologies – Java/J2EE, Bigdata/Data Sciences, Cloud and DevOps technologies
  • Must know how to work on the Boards, Social Media, Networking
  • Must know how to write Boolean strings
  • Should be able to work on W2, C2C, 1099 requirements
  • Achieving Daily Submittal Targets and maintaining good submittals ratio of Interview/Placement.
  • Should have effective communication, written and inter-personal skills
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
